“Behind the Counter” | Image by Cara Brostrom, Photographer | In partnership with “Moving Colors of Life,” a film by Risa Horn, Video Artist
Photoworks is pleased to showcase nine female visual artists who use video to reveal the personal, the intimate and the artistic. Desires, dreams and fears are all visually explored in Photoworks’ Video Competition and Exhibition, curated by Na’ama Batya Lewin. “My World” is a world of healing, birth and growth; a world that questions why others judge; a world where one can dance through life; a world with new surreal points of view; and a world in which the ordinary becomes the extraordinary.
